We make the mould by our own engineers, the hardness of the
blade can reach 48-54HRC with the continuous life span 100 hours.
We make the blade from design, mould, stamping,
sharpening,flatten,deburr,tempering,surfacement
treatment by ourselves under strict quality inspection
at each stage, the surface treatment includes
blackening, chromium plating, nickel-chromium plating and Teflon.
